REFUND POLICY

ACT OF GOD
Anyone booking tours and due to act of God and the ship is unable to dock will be refunded their deposit.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation within 24 hours of the start of the tours will be refunded their deposit .

ILLNESS
On docking at the port any cancellation due to illness will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrival by customer of 30 minutes after the tour has started will not be refunded.
